94ok Terms & Conditions

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 94ok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, products, games, and features available at 94ok.io, including but not limited to the cricket sportsbook, live casino, slots, account management portal, and all promotional or bonus programmes.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager on 94ok, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the 94ok platform and close your account.

94ok is a registered brand operating an online gaming and sports betting platform targeted at adult players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are accessible to eligible residents of Bangladesh aged 21 years and above.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a 94ok account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any 94ok service.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online sports betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited by local law applicable to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 94ok or any recognised problem gambling support organisation.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 94ok due to a breach of these Terms.
• You will provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and will maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account.

94ok reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity and age ("KYC verification") at any time, including but not limited to: a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Management

Upon successful registration, you will hold a single 94ok account that provides access to all platform products — sportsbook, live casino, slots, and arcade games — denominated in BDT. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you.

Login Credentials: You must keep your username and password strictly confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use a third party's account. 94ok will never contact you to request your password via any channel. If you suspect that your credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and contact support at [email protected].

Account Verification: 94ok operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in line with responsible platform management. Full KYC verification — including proof of identity and proof of payment method — is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Players who have not completed KYC may deposit and wager freely but will not be able to withdraw funds until the verification process is complete.

Account Closure: You may request closure of your 94ok account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to the standard withdrawal process. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods: 94ok currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and other methods as listed in the 94ok payment page from time to time.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your 94ok account balance in BDT. No currency conversion is applied.
• 94ok does not charge a transaction fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Players are responsible for any such third-party fees.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an account review.
• 94ok reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder's own registered payment method.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent verified deposit wherever technically possible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits are detailed in the payment policy and may vary based on account verification level.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of request approval during normal BST operating hours. Processing times during public holidays in Bangladesh may extend beyond standard timelines.
• 94ok reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed threshold amounts or that are associated with unusual account activity patterns.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on the 94ok sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. In the event of any ambiguity, the specific sport rules take precedence over general platform rules. Key general principles include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked and cannot be changed by either party.
• 94ok reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a clear pricing error occurred, where the result was already known at the time of placement, or where match integrity concerns are identified.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief processing delay. 94ok accepts no liability for bets placed during this period that result in a known outcome.
• For cricket markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 internationals, and Test matches, the specific cricket betting rules published on the platform govern match-interrupted events, Duckworth-Lewis method outcomes, and abandoned or postponed fixtures.

Casino & Slots: All casino games and slots on 94ok are powered by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are independent of any previous result. System Errors: In the event of a system malfunction, connectivity failure, or software error that affects the outcome of a bet or game, 94ok reserves the right to void the affected transaction and refund the wager amount to the player's account balance. 6 Bonuses & Promotions

94ok offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to individual terms communicated at the time of the offer, which take precedence over these general bonus provisions. The following general rules apply to all 94ok bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not immediately withdrawable as cash.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be wagered in full before the bonus or any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are disclosed in the specific bonus terms. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 94ok platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and permanent closure of the account. In serious cases, 94ok reserves the right to report the activity to relevant authorities.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering more than one account, or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illicit source.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or on the sportsbook.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from an identified error are void and subject to reversal.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing or any corrupt activity related to any sporting event offered on the 94ok sportsbook.
• Conducting transactions in a manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or modify any part of the 94ok platform or its underlying software.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

• Cool-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary suspension to their account for a period of their choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks) during which the account cannot be used for betting or gaming.

Any unauthorised use of 94ok intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action. All rights not expressly granted under this licence are reserved by 94ok.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 94ok, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the 94ok platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or termination of platform services.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any betting or gaming outcome, including any loss of wagered funds.
• Any technical error, system failure, or data transmission problem beyond the reasonable control of 94ok.
• Any decision made by 94ok to void, reverse, or settle a bet or game round under the applicable rules.

The 94ok platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 94ok takes reasonable steps to maintain platform availability, no guarantee of uninterrupted service is given. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may temporarily affect access to some or all platform features.

11 Privacy & Data

94ok collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a 94ok account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 94ok is used for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, personalised communications (where consented), and improvement of platform services. 94ok will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

94ok employs SSL encryption across all platform connections to protect data in transit. Account passwords are stored using industry-standard secure hashing protocols. 12 Amendments to These Terms

94ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 94ok will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the platform, providing a reasonable period for review before the amended Terms take effect.

Continued use of the 94ok platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

13 Governing Terms & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of a dispute between you and 94ok arising from your use of the platform, the following process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the 94ok support team at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including your account reference, the date and nature of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: 94ok will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours (BST) and conduct a thorough internal review. A resolution or substantive update will be provided within 14 calendar days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may escalate the matter by re-contacting support with a clear statement that you are escalating. Senior review will be completed within a further 14 calendar days.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 94ok with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
